AMINGTON FETE
SATURDAY 25TH JUNE 2011
Theme:
“AMINGTON IN THE
COUNTRYSIDE”
We have been invited to perform a dance routine at the Amington Fete which is being held on Saturday 25th June 2011 from 11.30pm—4.30pm.
The theme for the fete is “Amington in the Countryside”
I have decided the appropriate choice of routine for this theme would be
“Cotton Eyed Joe” which will be
performed by our Junior troupes.
Further information will be shown with regards to this event on the
notice board shortly. Any questions in the meantime please see me.
DANCE SCHOOL SUMMER HOLIDAY CLOSURE
Aimee Louise School of Dance will be closed for summer break from Tuesday 2nd August and re-opens Monday 15th August 2011.
I.D.T.A. EXAMINATIONS
SATURDAY 18TH/
SUNDAY 19TH JUNE
Details of forthcoming examinations to be held at The Amington Band Rooms can be seen on the school
Notice board which includes practice session days, examination timetable and uniform. Again any questions please see me at the end of lessons.
All pupils have been working very hard towards their grades and I would like to wish everyone good luck.
LOST PROPERTY
The lost property box is noticeably full with items that are being left. Please can you all make sure all your dance items are fully labelled as
pupils are going home with each other belongings, especially shoes!
NEW TIMETABLE
CHANGES JULY 2011
Due to an increase in pupils there has been slight changes to the timetable and the new timetable will come into effect on 1st July 2011.
Copies of the new timetable will be available from reception over the next few weeks.
Notification of Absence
Any absences due to sickness/holidays must be notified as soon as possible to Miss Aimee/Pat. Any missed classes will be charged at half class fee rate.
